The Newcomen Centenary
Recently the Newcomen Society marked the centenary of its foundation in 1920. Many events were planned to celebrate the moment.
However, given Government advice during the Coronavirus epidemic which broke out at the time, actvities were curtailed.
Instead, a comprehensive newsletter was sent out to all members containing news, articles and links to points of interest, features and other articles outside of the Society’s own published content. An archive of this newsletter can be found below.
